At KC5 Tools, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed.


✅ Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item.
  • The product was damaged or defective on delivery.
  • The product has a manufacturer defect (if applicable).
  • Your return request was approved under our Return Policy.

⚠️ Non-refundable items:

  • Opened/used products.
  • Electronic spare parts, ICs, flex cables, batteries, and consumables due to their sensitive nature.
  • Products not returned in original packaging with invoice.

  1. Contact us at hello@kc5tools.com with your order ID, reason for refund, and supporting images (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

⏳ Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error.

???? Replacements Instead of Refunds

If stock is available, you may choose to receive a replacement item instead of a refund.


???? Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must request a return instead.
