  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within India (may vary depending on location).
  • Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on order weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as specified on the website).

Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our courier partner’s website.

???? Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Wrong item delivered
    • Damaged or defective item received
    • Manufacturing defects covered under warranty
  • Electronic spare parts, ICs, flex cables, batteries, and consumables are non-returnable due to their sensitive nature.

Return Window

  • Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with invoice.

Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@kc5tools.com within the return window.
  2. Provide order ID, reason for return, and product photos (if defective/damaged).
  3. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacements

  • If stock is available, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
  • In case of unavailability, a full refund will be provided.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will reship the product at no extra cost or issue a refund.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • KC5 Tools reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is used, tampered, or not in its original condition.
  • Some products may carry only manufacturer warranty, and returns must follow their process.
